I heard too many heads twist on their moorings with what Obama proposed Wednesday night during his State of the 'U'nion but it has to start somewhere -

I don't see them proposing much save for NOT what he said -

That is 'u'nacceptable -

I will admit - and some of you know this - I was not an Obama supporter from the start - I was a Bill Richardson supporter - but I could not in good conscience ever ever consider the other ticket - so I gave him my chance -

There is still time to turn this bushcheneywreck around -

I saw on my FolkDJ-ListServ that Kate McGarrigle passed away - here is the link to an article in the Montreal Gazette - and here is an article written by the individual on the list that shared her death - he was asked to contribute to a packet of articles they were including in the Wednesday edition - he touched on the relationship and legacy she had with her sister and other family members - some may not have heard of her - but she was quite talented - and she shared those talents with her children Martha and Rufus - who had a talented father Loudon Wainwright

I've written about Slaid before - he's quite talented - and quite a part of my new life that commenced in the Fall of 2004 - I know almost all of his songs by heart -
